Our team is fully bonded, covered by professional liability insurance, and thoroughly trained to provide exceptional care tailored to your needs. Before your care begins, a Registered Nurse collaborates with you and your family to create a personalized plan of care, which is reviewed monthly to ensure it remains effective and relevant. The Registered Nurse also orients all staff to your specific care plan and provides training on any equipment required for your care.
We handle all aspects of caregiver employment, including taxes, social security, benefits, workers’ compensation, and scheduling, so you can focus on what matters most—your health and well-being.
Education & Training is our Focal Point
Our caregivers are culturally sensitive and undergo annual continuing education in caregiving and disease management to uphold the highest standards of care. To ensure an exceptional caregiver-client relationship, we conduct in-person quality assurance visits as needed. Additionally, we provide tailored education and training resources for you and your family to support your health, safety, and independence at home.
